Mainly sitting in the office at night, because during the day he is busy, flooded with emails and the current affairs of the company. His energy can fill any room, regardless of its size. When he hears Britney Spears, the dance floor belongs to him.

The originator of the dopest creative concepts. At Mova Film, he directs, writes, and edits. If necessary, he arranges rhyming songs for commercials, and comedy themes are his specialty. Nothing is impossible for him. Hardly anyone knows this, but his real name is Daniel.

The most organized team member. Working under pressure? Not a problem for Mike. As a production manager, he makes everything happen. As an office manager, he manages all formal and organizational issues with his eyes closed. He doesn't need to be told twice. He just remembers. In critical situations, he reaches for a gun hanging under his desk. A plastic gun.

Irreplaceable master of lighting. He can create a sunset at night and a sunny summers day in the middle of winter. With one bulb. He is like a company within a company. Often, no one knows where he is and what he is doing, but we issue invoices for it later. Apparently he gives his lamps names. And he kisses them good night.

She finds herself surprisingly well among the unbearable male artists. She is like a marketing machine that, with a smile on her face, makes sure that Mova Film is loud, but only from the good side. A copywriter who turns literary chaos into written beauty. Yes, she edited it too!

Girl-lightning. Ola’s average time from an idea to completion is around 17 minutes. Her multifunctionality is intimidating, she’ll come up with an idea, put a proposal together, take photos, shoot video, edit, design a graphic, animate. You never really know where she is. She lives somewhere between Gdańsk, Mazury and London, but also checks in from Florida, Morocco, Georgia and… (not enough space in this window for her numerous adventures).
